The Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC), renowned as a prominent radio network in the Philippines and Asia’s Largest Radio Network, embarked on a significant journey as it introduced its refreshed corporate identity, including a new logo and company name, on Tuesday, February 6.

This milestone was celebrated during a dynamic MBC trade event held at the Aliw Theater, CCP Complex, Pasay City, led by MBC President Ruperto ‘Jun’ Nicdao Jr. and esteemed MBC executives.

Nicdao proudly announced the transformation of MBC into MBC Media Group, marking a bold step into a new chapter for the company.

The unveiling showcased the company’s new logo, featuring six ellipses representing the six core pillars of MBC Media Group: radio, television, events, promos, digital, and talents. The logo retained MBC Media Group’s signature blue and white color scheme, signifying continuity while embracing innovation.

“Our new logo embodies fluidity, reflecting our evolution and adaptation to the present and future landscape,” remarked Nicdao during the event.

He emphasized the significance of the logo, likening it to soundwaves resonating from the company’s legacy businesses while also symbolizing an extended digital reach. Nicdao expressed gratitude to partners and audiences alike, underscoring the expanded opportunities for collaboration and engagement.

The sleek and modern design of MBC Media Group’s new logo was crafted to resonate deeply with the Filipino audience, capturing the essence of the company’s commitment to growth and relevance.

The event was attended by MBC Media Group’s valued partners, whose collaborative efforts have been pivotal in driving mutual success and fostering ongoing development.

Aligned with its guiding principle “Sama-Sama Tayo Pilipino,” MBC Media Group reaffirmed its dedication to delivering news and entertainment across all platforms, from traditional broadcasting to digital media.

Operating six AM and FM networks across the Philippines—including DZRH, Love Radio, Yes FM, Easy Rock, Aksyon Radyo, and Radyo Natin—MBC Media Group stands poised to continue its legacy of serving and entertaining Filipino audiences, ushering in a new era of integrated media excellence.
